Why We Need Open Source Pharma
BY DANALAKSHMI
10.4 million people fell ill from TB in 2015. 6.1 million people have access to quality TC care while 4.3 million people missed out and 1.8 million people died out form TB (by WHO reports).
Annual global financing for TB is short nearly by US $3billion.....
Isn't it enough for us to open up and give hands for the very needy and poor patients?????
In this era of information, a digitalised world, we need actions with high speed with more reliable accurate results, as we all have learned the issues related to antibiotics and resistants towards them by highly mutated pathogens is happening in an alarming rate.
[If not in third/fourth generation as in case of mobile networks]
We have to do without "any technical interruptions"..... If not Open Source Pharma who else will take care of this issue since this belongs to the poor people of so called developing countries like India???
